I really wanted to like this mattress because it was comfortable at first. But after less than a year, there’s already a noticeable dip where I sleep most nights, and that’s just not something I expected to deal with this soon.

For what this cost, the company should really stand behind the quality better. A mattress shouldn’t start losing its shape this quickly, and customers shouldn’t be left feeling stuck with it. It’s not the worst bed I’ve ever had, but I definitely wouldn’t buy it again.

One thing I really appreciated about WinkBeds was that the warranty actually felt straightforward and fair. I’m not a fan of fine print that makes it seem like the company is looking for a way out, so reading through something clear made me feel better about ordering from winkbeds.com. I haven’t had to use the warranty, so I can’t speak to that process, but just knowing it’s there gives me some peace of mind. Overall, it seems like they stand behind their mattress in a reasonable way, and that was important to me

I’m not exactly patient when I’m waiting on a package, so I was glad this got here quick. The box looked fine too, no issues.

The mattress seems fine so far, but I’ll be honest, I got a bit worried when it showed up. The box was torn on one side, dirty, and even the plastic had a small rip in it. For something this expensive, seeing it arrive like that immediately made me wonder if I’d been tricked into getting something mishandled or not properly protected. I’m hoping the mattress holds up, but the delivery definitely didn’t give me the best first impression.

I’m mainly a side sleeper, and the WinkBed has been a really solid fit for me so far. My hips feel supported without sinking in too much, and I’ve noticed my back feels better in the mornings. At first, it was a bit firmer than I thought it would be, but after about a week it started feeling more comfortable. i’m just relieved to finally wake up without feeling stiff and annoyed

I’m a heavier guy, and this has held up really well for me. It feels solid when I sit down, doesn’t wobble or creak, and I don’t feel like I have to be careful with it. Really happy with how sturdy it is.

There was a slight smell the first night, but it disappeared quickly. After that, I was happy with it and have no complaints

A friend recommended this to me, so I was hopeful, but the edges feel way too soft. I end up sliding off the side almost every morning, which gets annoying.

I bought the WinkBed mostly because I was trying to find something that wouldn’t trap heat like my old foam mattress did. It’s definitely better than what I had before, and I’m not waking up drenched every night anymore, so that part is an improvement.
That said, it still doesn’t feel as cool as I expected, especially on warmer nights when I end up kicking the blanket off. The comfort is decent overall, but for the price I was hoping the temperature control would be better. I also wish the next steps were clearer if you’re not fully happy with it, because figuring out whether to adjust, exchange, or return it felt more confusing than it should’ve been...

I really wanted the WinkBed to work out because I’d heard so many good things about the brand, and I was trying to convince myself to stick with it. But after sleeping on it during the trial, I kept waking up sore most mornings, even after giving it the adjustment time they recommend.

The return process is where I got really frustrated. There was a lot of back and forth, replies took longer than I expected, and it felt like they were more focused on talking me into keeping it than just helping me return it.
I still think WinkBed might be great for some people, which is what made it annoying because I didn’t want to feel done with the brand. But for me, the whole trial felt way more stressful than simple, and I wouldn’t buy from them again

I bought this from winkbeds.com hoping it would help with motion transfer, but I still feel my partner rolling over often. The mattress feels fine overall, so it’s not terrible or anything lol, but if you’re a light sleeper like me, it might not be the best fit. Kinda disappointed, honestly.

I really wanted to like this mattress, and to be fair, it’s not a terrible mattress overall. But moving around on it has been more annoying than I expected. I feel like I have to push myself up just to roll over or switch sides, and getting out of bed takes more effort than it did with my old mattress. Some people might not mind it, but for me the ease of movement just isn’t great.

It feels fine overall and the material is not bad, but I was a little disappointed that the fabric started pilling quickly. It is okay for the price, just not something I would call amazing.

I’ve had it for a few months now and it’s holding up well. I was a little unsure at first, but I figured it was worth trying, and so far I feel like I made the right call. Still solid and doing what I need it to do.

I’ve had my WinkBed for about 2 months now, i’m sleeping better than I was before. I’m not waking up as much during the night, and my back doesn’t feel nearly as stiff when I get up in the morning.

The only reason I’m doing 4 stars instead of 5 is it took a little longer to break in than I thought it would. But yeah, overall I’m happy with it.

It’s got a nice little bounce to it and reacts fast, so you don’t feel like you’re sinking in or getting stuck. Took a few nights, but it’s been comfy so far.

the customer service was really frustrating. They kept sending the same copy-and-paste replies and never actually helped fix my return issue.

it helped a little with the pressure, but not as much as i was hoping. it wasn’t bad, just kind of okay...
